KLR Doohickey Tamer Relay

To celebrate/commemorate the long production run of the KLR 650 that ended in 2018 ,doohickey wrenches and a log book in a waterproof container are headed to Texas with a plan to start an ADV “doohickey tamer” relay.
The idea is to relay ride the infamous tools coast to coast…. slowly climbing northward with each North American wide pass. Repairing a KLR doohickey is one function of the tools and instructions in the relay container… but riding comradery is the main intent by handing off the tools and logbook in relay style to another KLR rider in your adjacent province or state . Besides signing up and riding your KLR as part of the relay …we are hoping the log book will be signed and that photos will be taken of the exchange and posted up on local dual sport sites and the ADVrider KLR Only thread.
