Tracing the Buffalo Trail, a Southern Indiana Dual Sport Adventure
Come join us on Saturday, October 12th for the third annual, Tracing the Buffalo Trail dual sport event. This one day event will explore some of the best trails and backroads that Southern Indiana has to offer. The event this year will traverse properties containing miles of double and single track, all connected by some of the most beautiful backroads and byways in Southern Indiana.
The historic landscapes and route are steeped in history as the trace began on the east at the falls of the Ohio River near where the buffalo converged to cross the river at its shallowest point.
We’ve created an entirely new route this year which includes everyone’s favorite property, the Smith Family Farm and we are thankful to have added CRM Family Fun Park. CRM is a new off-road facility that spans miles and miles of rolling hills, power line trails, and rocky creek sections.
Please thank the property owners who have graciously opened their lands for this once a year event.
The ride will begin and end at a beautiful private campground on the banks of the Blue River. Camping is available both Friday & Saturday nights.
We will stop for lunch along the route and dinner will be provided.
Must have a street legal Dual Sport or Adventure Motorcycle. Aggressive tires and some off-road experience are recommended.
Attention fellow riders, please review the events you have attended. This not only helps the club, but also helps fellow riders in finding which events they want to attend. Thank you for your support.
